Zesty Lemongrass Dressing

Ingredients:

4 TBL soy sauce or aminos

3TBL of water

3 TBL Lemongrass Siren Shrub

3 cloves of garlic

2 TBL sesame oil

1 TBL chopped ginger

1 TBL maple syrup

Juice from 1/2 lime

1 tsp chilli sauce

1/3 cup avocado oil

Instructions:

1. Place everything except avocado oil in a wide mouth mason jar.
2. using an immersion blender, blend everything together.
3. with immersion blender running, slowly drizzle the avocado oil in to the mason jar and watch it emulsify.
