While You’re Up

1.5 ounces lemongrass water*

1.5 ounces Lemongrass Siren Shrub

.75 ounce  ube ganache"

Healthy pinch of lime powder


Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.  Give a hard (harder than you think) shake. Pour into a Collins glass and top with soda water and grated lime garnish.


* For lemongrass water - steep sliced lemongrass stalk in a cup of boiling water on the stove.  Let cool before using in cocktails.

* For ube ganache - heat 1.5 cups of white chocolate chips with (1 can each) of ube and regular condensed milk.  Blend to incorporate, let cool before incorporating into the recipe.  Refrigerate leftovers in a glass jar.  Ganache will harden, put the jar in warm water to soften for additional uses.
