Tomato Gochujang Vinaigrette
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon Gochujang
2 ounces Basil Siren Shrub
2 ounces soy sauce
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce sesame oil
In a wide mouthed mason jar place all ingredients. With an immersion blender blend ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately or place in an air tight container and store refrigerated for up to one week.
