The Minted Maple

A hint of caramel with a fresh/bright twist.

3oz coconut water
1.5oz rum
1oz lime juice
1oz Maple Ginger Siren Shrub
1 Teaspoon maple syrup
5 (or so) sprigs of fresh mint

In a shaker, combine rum, lime juice, shrub, maple syrup and mint. Muddle ingredients. Add ice to the shaker, and shake vigorously for about 60 seconds. Strain into glass with ice and top with coconut water.
