Tart Cherry + Melon Spritz
Ingredients:
5 chunks of cantaloupe
3 sprigs of fresh mint
1 oz Tart Cherry Siren Shrub
.5 oz lime juice
4 oz sparkling water
Coconut Milk Ice Cubes:
In a silicone ice cube tray pour coconut milk. Freeze coconut milk ice cubes until solid.
Instructions:
Place melon, mint sprigs, lime juice and shrub into a shaker. Muddle until ingredients break down and meld together. Shake with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass with coconut milk ice cube and garnish with a sprig of mint.
