3 oz black unsweetened tea
2 oz dry Prosecco
1 oz Lemongrass Siren Shrub
1 oz honey
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz gin or vodka
.5 oz lemon juice

In a shaker with ice, combine tea, Lemongrass Shrub, honey, Grand Marnier, gin (or vodka) and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass and top with chilled prosecco. Garnish with lemon wedge.
