Summer Heat
Ingredients:
3 slices Fresno chili
1/2 oz. Basil Siren Shrub
1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 of the chili slices with the shrub. Fill the shaker with ice and add the gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon and lime juices. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the remaining chili.
