Strawberry Fields Forever
1 ounce Jalapeno Lime Siren Shrub
.5 ounce lime juice
3 ounces ginger beer
2 ounces sparkling water
In a cocktail mixing glass add strawberries, shrub and lime juice. Muddle ingredients well. Add ice, ginger beer and sparkling water. Stir to combine. Double strain into a glass with ice and garnish with a strawberry.
