Rosemary Lavender Spritz

4 oz peach juice
1 oz Honey Lavender Siren Shrub
pinch of kosher salt
1 (2 inch) rosemary sprig for garnish
5 to 6 oz seltzer water
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. To the shaker add the peach juice, shrub, salt and 2 inch sprig of rosemary. Place the top on the shaker and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is well frosted, about 1 minute. Fill a tall glass or white wine glass with ice. Strain the drink over the ice and top with seltzer. Stir with a cocktail spoon to combine. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a straw for sipping.
