Rhubarb + Pear Sidecar

Non-Alcoholic Version:
3 oz Strong Black Tea
1 oz Rhubarb Siren Shrub
2 oz Cherry Juice
½ oz Pear Juice

Alcoholic Version:
3 oz Pear Brandy
1 oz Rhubarb Siren Shrub
2 oz Cherry Juice
½ oz Cointreau

Add a tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten the deal if preferred.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into tumbler with ice.
