Raspberry + Rhubarb Mule
1 oz Rhubarb Siren Shrub
1 oz Lime Juice
5 Fresh Raspberries
4 oz Ginger Beer
Optional: Vodka
Combine Rhubarb Siren Shrub, lime juice, and raspberries in your shaker. Muddle the ingredients together. Add ice cubes to shaker, shake. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer.
