Maple Ginger Turkey Brine
3 cups Water
1 cup Maple Ginger Siren Shrub
1 cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Kosher Salt
3 TBL Whole Peppercorns
Handful of Sage Leaves
5 cloves of Minced Garlic
Peel of Two Large Oranges
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and cover until cooled. Place uncooked turkey in chilled brine and refrigerate for 16-24 hours. Remove turkey from brine and let sit in cool fresh water for 15 min. Pat dry and cook according to your normal roasting method.
