Lemon Lavender G&T

1 oz Honey Lavender Siren Shrub

1/2 oz limoncello

2 oz gin, such as Plymouth

pinch of kosher salt

2 to 3 oz tonic water, such as Fever Tree

lemon twist (optional)

In a rock glass filled with ice, combine the shrub, limoncello, gin and salt. Stir with a cocktail spoon to combine. Top with tonic water and stir one more time before serving. Garnish with a lemon twist if using.
