Kale + Cherry Panzanella

Grab a small sauce pan and combine 1/4 cup of water, 2 cups of fresh or frozen cherries, 1 clove of finely chopped garlic, a few sprigs of thyme, salt and pepper.

On medium low heat gently warm all ingredients until water is evaporated and cherries softened. Set aside to cool.

Now build yourself a panzanella salad with kale, toasted bread, red onions, walnuts, and roasted sqaush. Next, add those savory cherries and dress with a mixture of Tart Cherry Siren Shrub + olive oil.
