Hot Honey n’ Shrub


1.5 oz ginger beer
1.5 oz sparkling water
2 oz bourbon
1 oz Basil Siren Shrub
1 oz Flour Girl & Flame Hot Honey
4-5 pineapple chunk
1 dash of aromatic bitters

INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, add pineapple chunks, bourbon, shrub, hot honey and bitters. Muddle ingredients together. Add ice, and shake to chill the cocktail. Fine strain the drink into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge
