Honey Plum Soy Brussels
12 oz brussel sprouts ends trimmed, yellow leaves removed
1 shallot diced
1oz honey plum shrub
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
1.5 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice all brussel sprouts in half. In a large bowl toss all ingredients together. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake for 25min. During the last 5-10 minutes flip the brussel sprouts to brown the other side. Brussel sprouts should be partially charred but not blackened.
