Grapefruit, Ginger, & Cardamom Fizz
2 oz Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Maple Ginger Siren Shrub
1 oz Cardamom Simple Syrup
Optional: 2 oz Gin
Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake until combined. Pour into tumbler with ice and top with sparkling water.

1 cup Water
1 cup Cane Sugar
7 Crushed Cardamom Pods
