Curried Orange-and-Basil Yogurt Dressing

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice

1 oz Basil Siren Shrub

½ cup peeled cucumber, finely chopped

1 cup good-quality plain yogurt

1½ tbsp thinly chopped mint

1 tsp finely grated orange zest

A pinch of salt and pepper
Dissolve the honey with orange juice and shrub in a bowl. Add the rest, stir well, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
