Currant-Ketchup BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup garlic chili sauce
½ cup Currant Siren Shrub (Tart Cherry or Honeycrisp Shrub would also work)
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to blend. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
