4.5 ounces Coffee Sparkling Siren Shrub
1.5 ounces orange cardamom simple syrup*
2 dashes angostura bitters/ or your favorite n/a bitters
Place all ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir to combine and garnish with orange peel.
Orange cardamom simple syrup*
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup cane sugar
4 crushed cardamom pods
Place ingredients in a small pot over medium high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and let syrup gently simmer for five minutes. Strain into glass container and let cool before use.
