1 oz Tart Cherry Siren Shrub
1 oz Lime Juice
3 Kumquats
In your shaker, muddle ingredients together (kumquats can be added whole) until kumquats are smashed and ingredients combined. Add ice and shake aggressively.
Strain into glass with ice and top with ½ sparkling water ½ ginger beer.
