Charred Broccoli + Maple Ginger Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
2 heads of Broccoli Cut into Florets
4 T Olive Oil
½ Fresh Lemon
Vinaigrette:
¼ cup Maple Ginger Siren Shrub
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 finely Chopped Garlic Clove
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Char broccoli to your liking by baking it at 375°F. While broccoli cooks, whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together. Drizzle vinaigrette over your broccoli as soon as you remove it from the oven. Squeeze ½ of fresh lemon over the top + add a few cracks of sea salt then serve.
