Basil Rosemary Lemonade
8 Fresh Lemons Sliced into Fourths
¾ cup Basil Siren Shrub
10 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
½ Vanilla Bean Scraped Seeds
Optional: Any Light Colored Spirits
Place ingredients in stainless steel bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Remove from fridge and with your hands massage all ingredients until all the juices have been released.
Strain out wholes and transfer concentrate into a pitcher with 6 cups of ice cold water. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
