Basil Pepperoncini Yogurt Dressing



Ingredients:
5 pepperoncini peppers, de-stemmed & rough chopped
1 tbsp brine from pepperoncini jar
2 ounces Basil Siren Shrub
2 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve chilled on your favorite salad or with your favorite dippers!
