Sweet & Tangy Coleslaw

1/2 head of green cabbage; finely chopped.

1/2 head of red cabbage; finely chopped.

1/2 red onion; diced

3 carrots; shredded

1/3 cup Basil Siren Shrub

3 TBL mayo

3 TBL capers 

2 TBL dill

1 tsp salt

 

Add cabbage, carrots, onion, and cappers to a bowel. 

In a separate bowl whisk together shrub, mayo, dill and salt. Pour 1/2 of your dressing over vegetables stirring to combine. Add more dressing until you reach desired consistency. 

 


Your coleslaw, no matter how you make it, will never be the same-in a good way!
