Peas Please

4 sugar snap pea pods
8 tarragon leaves
¾ oz Basil or Lemongrass Siren Shrub
2 oz gin
½ oz dry vermouth

Directions:

Muddle snap peas, tarragon and shrub in a cocktail shaker. Add gin and vermouth with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a tumbler with a large ice cube.
