Cinnamon Currant Daiquiri
1 oz Currant Siren Shrub
2 oz Lime Sparkling Water
1 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
Optional Spirit 2 oz White Rum
*Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Over medium high heat bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Once sugar is dissolved turn off heat and remove the cinnamon sticks.
Shake all ingredients (except sparkling water) and pour over ice. Top with sparkling water.
