4 Hour Marinade

1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
3 Tbs Siren Shrub
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup of Fresh Herbs
Dash of Salt and Pepper

Shake it up and pour over 2-3 lbs of meat. Put in fridge to marry for 2 to 12 hours before cooking.


2oz Siren Shrub
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Mustard
Dash of Salt and Pepper

Shake until all ingredients are combined and serve.



Quick Pickle Brine

1/2 lb of Vegetables
1/3 cup of Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup of Water

1.5 tsp Salt and a dash of Pepper

Combine all ingredients. Be sure vegetables are submerged under brine and let sit at room temperature for one hour. Once pickled, put in fridge and enjoy for two weeks.
